Karma Speaks provides digital consultation services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products. Our consultations are conducted online via video conferencing.
1. Refund Policy
Important: We do not offer refunds for consultations. However, we provide flexible cancellation and rescheduling options as outlined below.
Since our services are personalized Vedic astrology consultations that require significant preparation time (including birth chart calculation and analysis), we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.
However, we understand that circumstances change, which is why we offer flexible rescheduling options at no additional cost.
2. Cancellation by Client
- 48+ hours before scheduled appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling to any available time slot
- Less than 48 hours before appointment: Cancellation is not permitted. However, you may reschedule to any available time slot at no additional charge
- No-show: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited with no rescheduling option

3. Cancellation by Karma Speaks
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment due to:
- Technical issues preventing the consultation
- Illness of the astrologer
- Emergency situations
In such cases, you will be offered:
- Option 1: Rescheduling to an alternative time slot of your choice
- Option 2: A full refund if rescheduling is not suitable for you
We will provide as much advance notice as possible and will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment at any time, subject to availability
- There is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to limited availability
- No additional fees are charged for rescheduling
5. Service Delivery
All our services are delivered digitally:
- Live Consultations: Conducted via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms)
- Written Reports: Delivered via email in PDF format
- Follow-up Communications: Via email
No physical products are shipped. All services are digital and delivered online.
6. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical failure on our end that prevents delivery of the consultation
- Duplicate payment due to payment gateway error
- Cancellation by Karma Speaks where rescheduling is not possible
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account
