3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

• All consultations must be booked in advance through our website
• Accurate birth information is mandatory and critical for astrological accuracy:
  • Birth Date: Complete date of birth (day, month, year)
  • Birth Time: Exact time when the umbilical cord was cut between the baby and mother
  • Birth Place: City/town and country of birth
• The accuracy of astrological predictions is directly dependent on the accuracy of the birth information provided
• Appointments are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST) and we will work to accommodate times comfortable for all parties
• Appointments are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

• 48+ hours before scheduled appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling to any available time slot
• Less than 48 hours before appointment: Cancellation is not permitted. However, you may reschedule to any available time slot at no additional charge
• No-show: Consultation fee will be forfeited with no rescheduling option
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or through your user portal
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

4.2 Cancellation by Karma Speaks

• We may cancel due to technical issues, illness, or emergencies
• In such cases, we will offer rescheduling to an alternative time or, at your discretion, a full refund
• We will provide as much notice as possible

4.3 Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment at any time, subject to availability
• There is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to limited availability

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or our services:

• We encourage first attempting to resolve disputes through direct communication with us
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India
• The prevailing party in any legal action may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs
